At VibeLight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (such as hologram boxes with custom content)

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

🔄 Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
